    Data Processing Agreement

    Data Controller: The business entity (Customer) that has entered into a subscription agreement with JobOS Pro.
    Data Processor: June 21 Inc. dba JobOS Pro, 604 State Hwy 78 N Ste 103, Farmersville TX 75442

    1. Purpose and Scope

    This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of the JobOS Pro Terms of Service and governs the processing of personal data by June 21 Inc. dba JobOS Pro (Processor) on behalf of the Customer (Controller) in connection with the JobOS Pro platform. This DPA applies to all personal data processed by JobOS Pro on behalf of the Customer, including customer contact information, job records, payment data, SMS and call logs, technician data, and operational records.

    2. Definitions

    • Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
    • Processing: Any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion.
    • Data Subject: Any individual whose personal data is processed under this agreement.
    • Sub-processor: Any third party engaged by JobOS Pro to process personal data on behalf of the Customer.

    3. Controller Obligations

    The Customer, as Data Controller, represents and warrants that it has a lawful basis for collecting and sharing personal data with JobOS Pro, has provided appropriate privacy notices to data subjects, has obtained all necessary consents where required, and will comply with all applicable data protection laws including CCPA and applicable state privacy laws.

    4. Processor Obligations

    June 21 Inc. dba JobOS Pro, as Data Processor, agrees to:

    • Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer.
    • Ensure all personnel with access to personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations.
    • Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
    • Assist the Customer in responding to data subject rights requests.
    • Delete or return all personal data upon termination of the agreement.
    • Notify the Customer without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal data breach.
    • Make available all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this DPA.

    5. Security Measures

    Technical Measures

    • Data encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
    • Data encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
    • Row-Level Security (RLS) enforced at the database level — all data is tenant-isolated.
    • Access controls and authentication required for all data access.
    • Regular security scanning and vulnerability assessments.

    Organizational Measures

    • Access to personal data limited to personnel who require it.
    • All personnel trained on data protection obligations.
    • Incident response procedures in place for data breaches.
    • Regular review of security practices.

    6. Sub-processors

    JobOS Pro uses these sub-processors:

    • Supabase Inc. — Database and authentication — United States
    • Twilio Inc. — SMS and voice communication — United States
    • Stripe Inc. — Payment processing — United States
    • Vercel Inc. — Application hosting — United States
    • Railway Corp. — Backend infrastructure — United States
    • OpenAI LLC — AI processing (non-PII) — United States
    • Anthropic PBC — AI processing (non-PII) — United States
    • Google LLC — Maps and routing — United States
    • Resend Inc. — Transactional email — United States

    JobOS Pro will notify the Customer of any changes to sub-processors at least 30 days in advance.

    7. Data Retention

    JobOS Pro retains personal data for the duration of the Customer's subscription plus 90 days following termination, after which all personal data is permanently deleted unless retention is required by law. Customers may request deletion at any time by contacting info@jobospro.com.

    8. Data Subject Rights

    JobOS Pro will assist the Customer in responding to data subject requests including:

    • Right to access
    • Right to rectification
    • Right to erasure
    • Right to data portability
    • Right to restriction of processing
    • Right to object

    Requests should be submitted to info@jobospro.com and will be responded to within 30 days.

    9. Data Breach Notification

    In the event of a personal data breach, JobOS Pro will notify the Customer without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach, provide details of the nature of the breach, and cooperate fully with the Customer in managing the breach.

    10. International Transfers

    All personal data processed by JobOS Pro is stored and processed in the United States. JobOS Pro does not transfer personal data outside the United States without Customer consent.

    11. Audit Rights

    The Customer may request an audit of JobOS Pro's data processing activities no more than once per calendar year upon 30 days written notice.

    12. Governing Law

    This DPA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this DPA shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

    13. Term and Termination

    This DPA remains in effect for the duration of the Customer's subscription. Upon termination, JobOS Pro will delete all Customer personal data within 90 days.

    14. Contact Information

    15. Execution

    This DPA is incorporated into and forms part of the JobOS Pro Terms of Service. By using the JobOS Pro platform, the Customer agrees to the terms of this DPA. For customers requiring a separately executed DPA document, please contact info@jobospro.com.
